The Stroke Rehabilitation Team provides a multi-disciplinary therapy service. It provides a specialist service to those with stroke.

Therapies Provided:

• Occupational Therapy
• Speech and Language Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Clinical Psychology
• Dietetics

The Stroke Rehabilitation Team is a specialist service on the PCCC network of the Health Services Executive. The service accepts referrals  on behalf adults who have had a stroke. Clients may avail of one or more services. The service accepts both medical and non-medical card holders.

Referral forms are available either directly from the team or may be downloaded from this site. Relevant discharge reports, CT reports etc. should accompany completed referral forms.
