Introduction

The Stroke Rehabilitation Service has been in operation since 1997.  It is a specialist stroke service on the primary care network We are guided by the WHO definition of stroke.

We provide services to adults of all ages without geographical restrication.
We provide occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, and physiotherapy, with links to clinical psychology, community Dietitian and the HSE's Health Promotion Unit.
